Many of you will have experienced mummering while growing up in Newfoundland, and some may even have gone mummering. Mummer’s the Word is searching for the name and outport of our next mummer, and we invite suggestions from you, sent to mummers@mummerstheword.com, with a little description of what gear he or she might be wearing, and if your suggestion is adopted, your prize will be that mummer, once produced. We would treasure any descriptions you could give of actual mummering experiences.
